Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before noon E.S.T. will be processed the same business day.  All other orders will be processed next business day.  Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.

Shipping

​

All orders are shipped free of charge.  Orders are shipped via USPS standard mail.  Large quantity orders may be shipped via UPS Ground.  Kannavis CBD ships our products to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, The U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses.  International Shipping is currently not available.

Back Ordered Items

​

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are on back order: Kannavis CBD will go ahead and ship the rest of your order.  Once back ordered items are received, Kannavis CBD will ship those out immediately.  Refunds for items on back order is also an option for the consumer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

​

To be eligible for a return, your Kannavis CBD item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Your return must include your original receipt and include your name, address, email and phone number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kannavis CBD does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by Kannavis CBD, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Shipping will not be included in your refund; your refund will consist of product cost and taxes only.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Kannavis CBD only replaces items if they are damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at steve@kannaviscbd.com and send your item to:
